The Documents Center stores PDFs, web links, and other reference files alongside your sessions.
What You Can Store
- PDFs — circuit guides, regulations, technical bulletins, session schedules.
- URLs — links to online resources (circuit websites, video links, reference pages).
- Images — any image files relevant to a session or event.
Document Scope
Documents can be attached at different levels:
| Scope | Visible When |
|---|---|
| Session | Only in that specific session |
| Day | In any session on that day |
| Event | In any day in that event |
| Global | Always available, regardless of context |
Tip: Put circuit guides and regulations at the Event or Global level so they're available across all sessions without importing them multiple times.

Click the documents icon in the sidebar, or press Ctrl+4.
