A Team is a group of people you share content with — no billing relationship, just visibility. Anyone in a Team can see the videos, telemetry, and reports you choose to share with it. This is different from a private link (which shares one video with anyone who has the link) and from your Organization under Settings (which manages seats and billing).
Create a Team
- Go to Teams in the dashboard.
- Enter a name and create it.
Creating a Team requires a coach or enterprise plan. If you are on another plan you can still be invited into a Team and see what is shared with you.
Invite people
- Open your Team and add an invite by email address.
- The person gets an email inviting them, and the invite also appears in their dashboard.
You can invite someone who does not have an account yet — they sign up with that email address and the invite is waiting for them.
Accept or decline an invite
When someone invites you, you will see it two ways:
- A notification on the bell in the top bar.
- An Invitations section on your Teams page.
Choose Accept to join, or Decline to turn it down. Once you accept, anything shared with that Team shows up for you.
Choose what to share
Being in a Team does not share anything on its own — you pick each item. On a video, a telemetry session, or a report, open its Share with Teams section and check the Teams you want to give access to. Unchecking a Team removes its access again.
To share everything automatically, see Automatically share your uploads with a Team.
See what has been shared with you
Open Teams and go to Shared With Me to find everything other people have shared with your Teams.
