An Organization is the shared billing and seat context for enterprise plans. Members of an Organization share a pool of seats and quota while each person keeps their own videos. You manage it under Settings → Organization.
Organization vs. Team — which do I want?
These are two different things that used to share a name:
- An Organization (Settings → Organization) is about billing and seats — who is on the plan and how the subscription is shared.
- A Team (the Teams page in the dashboard) is about sharing content — letting people see the videos, telemetry, and reports you choose, with no billing relationship.
If you want to give a teammate access to a lap or a report, you want a Team, not an Organization. See Share videos, telemetry, and reports with a Team.
Seats
Your Organization has a number of seats. Each active member takes one seat. When you reach your seat limit you can free a seat by removing a member, or add seats to your plan.
Set up an Organization
- Go to Settings → Organization.
- Give your Organization a name and create it.
- Invite members by email.
