You manage your plan from the account area. You can move up or down a tier, or cancel, and the change takes effect according to your billing period.
Change your plan
- Open the account area and go to billing.
- Choose Manage plan.
- Select the plan you want and confirm.
Moving to a higher tier usually takes effect right away. Moving to a lower tier or canceling usually takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Cancel your plan
- Open the account area and go to billing.
- Choose Manage plan.
- Cancel, and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free plan.
What happens to your videos after canceling
Your videos are not deleted the moment you cancel. After a plan ends, storage that is over the free limit is cleared after a grace period. Download anything you want to keep before that window closes.
