If you always share the same kind of content with a Team, you can turn on auto-share instead of picking each item by hand.
Turn on auto-share
- Go to Teams and open the Team.
- Under Auto-share your uploads, switch on the types you want — Videos, Telemetry, or Reports.
From then on, every new item of that type you create is shared with the Team automatically. You can turn each type on or off independently.
Does it share what I already have?
No. Auto-share applies going forward — it only shares items you create after turning it on. To share what you already have, use Share existing now next to the type. That shares all of your current items of that type with the Team in one step, and tells you how many were shared.
Turn it off
Switch the type off to stop sharing new items with that Team. Turning it off does not remove anything already shared — items stay visible to the Team until you remove them yourself from each item's Share with Teams section.
