Favorites pin the videos you come back to often, so they're one click away. This is a free Player feature and works offline.
Add a favorite
With a video open, do either:
- Choose File → Add Current Video to Favorites…, or
- Click the Add to favorites button in the advanced bar.
You'll be asked for a label — a short name to recognise it by. It defaults to the filename, but you can call it anything ("Best lap — Sepang", "Qualifying run").
Open a favorite
Choose File → Favorites and pick from the list. The video opens straight away.
How favorites work
- Favorites are curated by you — nothing is added automatically.
- There's no limit to how many you keep.
- A favorite points at a file on your computer. If you move or delete that file, the
favorite can't open it; the Player flags favorites whose files are missing so you can tidy them up.

- Recent Videos is an automatic list of what you've opened lately.
- Favorites is your hand-picked shortlist with custom labels that sticks around.
