An A/B loop plays a section of the video over and over. It's ideal for studying one corner, a braking point, or a pass repeatedly.
Set a loop
Press Ctrl+Shift+A to cycle through three states:
- First press — sets point A at the current playhead.
- Second press — sets point B at the current playhead. Playback now loops
between A and B.
- Third press — clears the loop and returns to normal playback.
You can also use the A/B loop button in the advanced bar (open it with the advanced toggle on the control bar).
Tips
- Set A a little before the corner entry and B just after the exit, so each pass
has a short run-in.
- Slow the playback speed with − while looping to study the section frame by
frame.
- Combine with frame stepping to find an
exact braking or turn-in point.
