Publish a report to LapInsight Cloud to share it via a private link.
Requirements
- A LapInsight account (Coach tier or higher).
- An internet connection at the time of publishing.
How To Publish
- Generate a report and choose Publish instead of Save PDF.
- If not signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in to your LapInsight account.
- The report is uploaded. When done, a share link is created.
- Copy the link and send it to the driver.
Viewing Published Reports
The recipient can open the link in any web browser — no LapInsight account required.
Published reports are private by default: only people with the link can view them.
Managing Published Reports
Go to Reports → View Published to see all published reports:
- Copy the share link again.
- Revoke a link (makes the report inaccessible).
- Re-publish to update with new content.
Video Links in Cloud Reports
If your videos have been published to LapInsight Cloud or YouTube, video timestamps in the notes become clickable in the online report, jumping the reader to that exact video moment.
Tip: Publish your videos before publishing your report to get live video links in the report.
