View, update, and revoke uploaded videos and published reports.
Opening the Manager
Go to Reports → View Published, or right-click a published video in the Video List → Manage Publication.
What It Shows
- All uploaded videos and published reports with their provider, date, and access level.
- Share links for LapInsight Cloud publications.
- Upload status (uploading / complete / failed).
Copying a Share Link
Click the Copy Link button next to any LapInsight Cloud publication to copy the share link to the clipboard.
Revoking Access
Click Revoke next to a publication to make it inaccessible. The content stays on the server but the share link stops working. Useful if you shared something by mistake.
Re-uploading
If you've updated notes or added chapters since the original upload:
- Select the video.
- Click Re-upload to upload the updated version.
For reports, re-publishing regenerates the report content and updates the existing link — the URL stays the same.
Failed Uploads
If an upload failed partway through, a Retry button appears. Uploads resume from where they stopped (chunked upload) rather than starting over.
