A share link controls how someone can use a video. You decide whether they can only watch it or also download a copy, and you can revoke access at any time.
Allow or block downloads
- Open the video and go to its share settings.
- Turn downloading on or off for the link.
- Save your change.
When downloads are off, the viewer can watch the video but cannot save a copy. When downloads are on, the viewer gets a temporary download link that expires after a while.
See who has access
Your share settings list the active links for a video. Each link is a separate way in, so you can keep one for a teammate and revoke another without affecting the first.
Revoke access
- Open the video's share settings.
- Find the link you want to turn off.
- Revoke it.
The link stops working straight away. Create a new link if you need to share the video again later.
