You sign in to LapInsight with your email address. There is no separate username to remember, and you can add a display name later if you want one for sharing and collaboration.
Create your account
- Go to the sign-in page and choose Create account.
- Enter your email address and a password.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and open the link inside it.
Your account is ready once the email is verified. Some features stay locked until you verify, so do this step before you upload anything.
Sign in
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter your email and password.
- Select Sign in.
If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you enter your code on the next screen. You can mark a device as trusted so you are not asked for a code every time you use it.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the reset link in your inbox and set a new password.
The reset link expires after a short time. If it stops working, request a new one.
